Learn how to mix a variety of tantalizing spice blends like Tex-Mex, Moroccann, Italian, and French!
Super-foodie and former Board Chair Helene Golden will teach participants about the various spices that go into these blends and how to use them.
Take home any blends you’ve mixed, as well as recipes for the flavour profiles and additional blends including pickling spice and Cajun seasoning.
Admissions are $5 to cover the cost of the spices.
